By using HIPH websites and portals you agree to these terms. If you apply, enrol, or pay fees, additional programme, academic, and finance rules also apply. Content is provided for information about HIPH schools, programmes, campuses, events, and student services.
Applications and enrolment
Submitting an application through Chenjerai Apply does not guarantee a place. Offers depend on entry requirements, capacity, and HIPH admissions decisions. Programme details, fees, and intake dates may change; the version confirmed in your offer or student record is the one that applies.
Fees and payments
Fees must be paid through official HIPH channels, including online student pay. Keep your payment reference. Refunds, payment plans, and registration holds follow HIPH finance policy. Third-party payment providers process transactions under their own terms.
Student portal, library, and accounts
Students must keep portal credentials confidential and use the e-library and academic resources for lawful study only. Do not share accounts, attempt unauthorised access, or copy materials beyond what HIPH licences allow. HIPH may suspend access for misuse.
Events and the Public Health Symposium
Event registration (including the Public Health Symposium) is subject to the published dates, venue, fees, and programme. HIPH may change schedules for operational or safety reasons and will communicate material changes where practical.
Feedback and conduct
The public feedback form is for genuine comments about programmes, facilities, staff, or service levels. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or false reports. HIPH may ignore spam and keep technical details needed to investigate misuse.
Intellectual property
HIPH logos, programme materials, news, and website design belong to HIPH or their licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission, except for fair personal or academic use allowed by law.
Disclaimer
We take care to keep information accurate, but pages may contain errors or become out of date. HIPH is not liable for losses arising from use of the public website beyond what Zimbabwean law requires. Academic and contractual rights of enrolled students are set out in HIPH student policies, not only these website terms.
Changes
We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
