The Harare Institute of Public Health (HIPH) is a centre of excellence for training healthcare professionals in public health, research and information dissemination. We are registered with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development under the Manpower Planning and Development Act, and we continue to grow as a trusted hub for relevant, heritage-based solutions in Africa and beyond.
Our Story
HIPH nurtures passionate individuals through science, technology and mathematics so they can deliver heritage-based solutions for public health challenges facing Zimbabwe, the region and the continent.
Our programmes are intentionally practical and community-oriented, ensuring that graduates can return to their districts equipped to uplift primary healthcare systems, strengthen disease surveillance and lead relevant research.
